The ideal candidate is a well-spoken, incredibly organized candidate who is happy to work under pressure when needed. The candidate will come from a fashion marketing, design, or digital management background and currently works in a similar role or environment. The studio's output is a mix of creative content creation, art direction, and technology projects. Acting as the primary contact between the studio and our clients, this role will cover all aspects of running a studio, from project management to business development and finance.
Project Operations: Digital & Design projects
Manage projects from briefing to delivery.
Ensure web project teams and developers are on track.
Update and monitor design tasks on our management tool.

Oversee shoot project timelines.
Manage external freelancers spend.
Update and monitor tasks on our management tool.
Ongoing Client Management
Oversee and lead weekly conversations with clients.
Prepare and negotiate estimates and contracts.
Monitor and manage scope changes for projects.
Issue invoices and pay bills following agreed to payment terms.
Manage freelancers and issue employment contracts.
Monitor weekly employee progress and annual leave.
Manage confidentiality of internal information.
Google Workspace & Project management applications.
Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of digital project management.
£22,800 basic salary.
