Senior Graphic Designer
ANCC Studio is building a roster of best-in-class Graphic Designers and Art Directors for upcoming briefs across fashion, beauty, and culture. This is a roster call-out. We will not reply to any immediate applications. We will review portfolios on a rolling basis and contact candidates when a brief aligns.
The Role
Develop clear creative routes, from campaign concepts and brand worlds to shoot treatments and storytelling frameworks.
Build identity toolkits, typography hierarchies, colour systems, and layout grids that scale across digital, print, packaging, and retail.
Translate ideas into key visuals, social templates, OOH adaptations, simple motion briefs, and presentation decks.
Design lookbooks, magazines, and catalogues with meticulous typographic standards and production-ready files.
Craft treatments, reference boards, and shot lists, collaborate with photographers, stylists, HMU, set, and post, maintain on-set clarity.
The Candidate
A refined eye for typography, composition, and visual narrative.
Strong fashion and culture literacy, with a relevant portfolio.
Confident presenting work, taking feedback, and leading workstreams.
Fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, Google Slides or Keynote.
Practical knowledge of print production, colour management, file prep, and spec sheets.
For Art Directors, proven on-set experience, casting sensibility, and treatment writing.
For Graphic Designers, experience creating identity systems, guidelines, and multi-format rollout.
Comfortable working to budgets and timelines, with tidy workflow and version control.
Based in London or able to work to UK time, available for occasional on-site days.
Working with ANCC
Project-based engagements with clear scopes and POs.
Collaboration with our Creative, Strategy, and Production teams.
Hybrid workflow, remote for desk work, studio or location for specific milestones.
Opportunities across brand identity, campaigns, e-commerce, editorial, and publishing.
