E-Com Digi Operators
ANCC Studio is assembling a roster of Digi Operators, Digital Techs, for ongoing shoots across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. This is a roster call out. We won’t respond to immediate submissions. Portfolios and CVs are reviewed on a rolling basis and we’ll be in touch when a brief aligns.
London based.
The Role
Own the digital capture workflow on set, ensuring clean, consistent, handover ready files.
Set up and run tethered capture in Capture One, including session structure, naming.
Build a smooth on set selection flow, including live selects, star ratings, contact sheets, and quick exports. Maintain reliable back ups throughout the day, with clear file integrity checks and end of day delivery.
Troubleshoot tethering, camera connections, storage, and on set technical issues without breaking pace.
Work closely with the Photographer, Art Director to support shot lists, and consistency across the day.
Prepare and wrap sessions so they move cleanly into retouching and post production.
The Candidate
Advanced Capture One skills.
Confident colour management, calibrated monitors, accurate previews, and consistent exposure control.
Technically calm under pressure, able to solve problems fast while keeping the set moving.
Clear communication with Photographers, Art Directors, stylists, HMU, set assistants, and production teams.
Excellent file discipline, naming logic, version control, and back up habits.
Comfortable working to budgets and timelines, with an organised, low friction on set presence.
London based, or able to work to UK hours, available for studio days when scheduled.
Working with ANCC
Freelance or contract based, tied to project scopes and POs.
Collaboration with our Creative, Production, and Post teams.
Studio based for shoots, remote for prep, testing, or review where relevant.
Opportunities across model e com, still life, elevated product, and adjacent content briefs.
