E-Com Producer
ANCC Studio is looking for an E-commerce Producer on a recurring monthly contract. The role supports a steady flow of e-commerce shoots across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, working closely with our Creative, Production, and Post teams.
London-based.
The Role
Manage end-to-end e-commerce production across model and still-life shoots.
Build and oversee production schedules, call sheets, and shoot plans.
Liaise with clients on timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
Book crew, studios, equipment hire, catering, travel, and suppliers.
Align shot lists, SKU mapping, and post-production timelines with Art Direction and Post.
Track costs, maintain POs, flag variances, and support invoicing.
Lead on-set logistics, maintaining pace, clarity, and calm.
Contribute to improving ANCC’s e-com workflow and internal structure.
The Candidate
Proven experience as a Producer or E-commerce Producer in fashion or content-led studios.
Comfortable managing multiple shoots and high-volume SKU workflows.
Strong organisational habits across schedules, trackers, and shared documents.
Confident with budgets and supplier management.
Clear communication with clients and teams, with strong expectation-setting.
Calm, solutions-focused presence on set.
Familiar with e-commerce standards including shot lists.
London-based or able to work to UK hours, with availability for on-site shoots.
Working with ANCC
Full-time contract on a recurring monthly basis.
Remote or office-based on non-shoot days, on-set in London on shoot days.
Hours & Overtime
ANCC operates as a fair employer with a balanced, people-focused approach to scheduling, rest, and workload.
We plan shoots and workloads to stay within UK working time guidance. A 1-hour break is included in the working day.
Standard hours: 9:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, shoot days: 08:00 to 18:00 when on set in London.
Additional hours beyond the standard schedule are taken as either paid overtime or time off in lieu.
