Producer

ANCC Studio is seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Producer to join our team. The role will report directly to our Head of Production, and will include both supporting and leading production across large and small scale projects. 

The Role

• Work closely with the Head of Production on project financials, from budget proposals to project reconciliation.

• Assist with organisation of all shoots including overseas, on both small and large-scale projects.

• Plan and manage workloads across multiple productions at any one time.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and talent teams. 

• Supporting onboarding new clients and understanding their requirements. 

• Building and presenting PPM decks and key production documents. 

• Maintaining timelines across multiple projects and actively updating with conflicting demands. 

• Predicting and trouble shooting issues proactively. 

The Candidate

• Excellent communication and organisational skills. 

• At least two years of production experience. 

• Confidence leading across multiple projects. 

• Strong fashion and industry knowledge with contact list. 

• Experience negotiating with suppliers. 

• Excellent project management and problem solving skills. 

• Knowledge of APA crew rights and guidelines. 

• Understanding of usage rights. 

• Proficiency in Google Suites and Dropbox. 

Working with ANCC

• Possesses prior experience in managing projects, teams, and clients, meeting deadlines and targets.

• Knowledgeable in project management tools and software, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Located in London.

• Fluent in English. 

• Hybrid Working, three days per week in office.

Salary £31,200 (per annum) on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, with opportunity to extend.
