We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Copywriter & Manager to shape and refine brand tone of voice, craft engaging social media copy, and oversee reporting. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands and understands how to balance creativity with strategy.
Location: London-based with hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Copy & Tone of Voice
Develop and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all social platforms.
Write compelling, on-brand copy for captions, social campaigns, and organic/paid content.
Ensure consistency in messaging across different channels and audience segments.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine storytelling and positioning.
Content & Social Management
Plan and execute engaging content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Work with designers and strategists to create high-quality, platform-specific content.
Optimise copy and content for engagement, brand growth, and audience retention.
Oversee community engagement, ensuring brand-aligned responses.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Prepare clear, data-driven reports on campaign performance.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behaviours.
The Candidate
Experience: 2–4 years in social media copywriting and content strategy, ideally within fashion or luxury.
Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to craft sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices.
Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics tools.
Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and content streams efficiently.
Creative & Adaptive: Strong understanding of digital storytelling and visual identity.
